Un paciente puede tener parte de su historial en un hospital p\u00fablico, otra parte en un centro privado y documentaci\u00f3n adicional en PDFs, informes escaneados o fuentes no verificables. Esta fragmentaci\u00f3n dificulta que los profesionales tengan una visi\u00f3n completa y estructurada del caso cl\u00ednico.<br><br>Adem\u00e1s, el dato sanitario es especialmente sensible. No basta con mover informaci\u00f3n de un sistema a otro: es necesario establecer reglas claras de consentimiento, seguridad, verificaci\u00f3n, interoperabilidad y uso posterior. Con ayuda de inteligencia artificial, el servicio facilitaba la extracci\u00f3n, estructuraci\u00f3n y normalizaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n procedente de documentos o fuentes cl\u00ednicas diversas, permitiendo que los sistemas hospitalarios pudieran integrarla y utilizarla de forma m\u00e1s operativa.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"9eae461\" class=\"H3 e-heading-base\">Credenciales verificables para datos sanitarios<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"Body2 e-fe74cc7-2f50d5b e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"fe74cc7\">El proyecto exploraba tambi\u00e9n el uso de credenciales verificables para representar y compartir informaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica de forma confiable. En un escenario de uso, un paciente pod\u00eda solicitar sus datos en un hospital, recibirlos como credencial y presentarlos posteriormente en otro centro sanitario. El sistema receptor pod\u00eda verificar la credencial, incorporar la informaci\u00f3n a su infraestructura y decidir, bajo consentimiento, si utilizar esos datos para asistencia, investigaci\u00f3n o consumo de otros servicios dentro del espacio de datos.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"b117fac\" class=\"H3 e-heading-base\">Agente de IA para consulta cl\u00ednica<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"Body2 e-57b6dcb-e380a7d e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"57b6dcb\">El proyecto inclu\u00eda un agente de inteligencia artificial generativa orientado a ayudar a profesionales sanitarios en la consulta de informaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica. Se definieron y desarrollaron capacidades para transformar datos cl\u00ednicos a HL7, representar informaci\u00f3n sanitaria mediante credenciales verificables y habilitar consultas con un agente de IA generativa sobre datos temporales del paciente. Adem\u00e1s, el trabajo contribuy\u00f3 a mejorar componentes vinculados al ecosistema de identidad digital, incluyendo ajustes y aprendizajes aplicables a wallets de negocio y holder dentro de Identfy.
